1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lepatisse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About lepatisse

lepatisse is a marketplace platform that connects customers with local home bakers. We facilitate discovery and ordering but are not the seller of the baked goods. Each baker is an independent seller responsible for their own products.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Orders and Payments

• Orders are agreements between you and the individual baker
• Prices are set by bakers and may change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners
• Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual bakers
• lepatisse is not liable for baker errors, delays, or product quality

5. SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from lepatisse regarding your orders, baker drops, and platform updates. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time
• Reply HELP for assistance
• Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the Platform

6. Baker Accounts

Bakers who list on lepatisse agree to:

• Comply with all applicable food safety laws and local regulations
• Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Handle customer communications professionally
• Pay applicable platform fees as agreed

7. Live Broadcasting

lepatisse lets bakers go live from their kitchen during a drop. Live broadcasting is a privilege we extend to build a genuine connection between bakers and their community — please treat it that way. When you go live, you agree that:

• You are 18 years or older.
• You have the right to show everything in your broadcast — including any music, artwork, or people on camera. Don't play copyrighted music or show content you don't own.
• You will keep it kitchen-appropriate. No nudity, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise explicit content, and nothing that promotes illegal activity.
• You will be honest about your food — your ingredients, allergens, and how it's made — and comply with all food safety laws, just as you do for your listings.
• If other people appear in your broadcast, you have their okay to include them.

Viewersagree to keep live chat kind and respectful — the same conduct rules in Section 8 apply. If you see something that doesn't belong, please report it.

lepatisse may end any broadcast, remove any recording, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at any time and at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Collect user data without consent

9. Limitation of Liability

lepatisse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, lepatisse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products ordered through it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
